Pengertian Koperasi

Koperasi adalah badan hukum yang berdasarkan atas asa kekeluargaan yang anggotanya terdiri dari orang perorangan atau badan hukum dengan tujuan untuk mensejahterakan anggotanya. Umumnya koperasi dikendalikan secara bersama oleh seluruh anggotanya, dimana setiap anggota memiliki hak suara yang sama dalam setiap keputusan yang diambil koperasi. Pembagian keuntungan koperasi biasa disebut sisa hasil usaha atau SHU biasanya dihitung berdasarkan andil.

Koperasi Primer adalah :

Koperasi yang didirikan oleh dan beranggotakan orang seorang.

Koperasi Sekunder adalah :

Koperasi yang didirikan oleh dan beranggotakan badan-badan hukum

koperasi.

Penerapan Koperasi Di Indonesia
                Koperasi Indonesia menjadi bagian tidak terpisahkan dalam perkembangan koperasi Indonesia.. Popularitas koperasi yang terus menurun ditambah manajemen yang tidak tepat menyebabkan koperasi Indonesia masuk ke wilayah kritis. Pemahaman yang keliru tentang manajemen koperasi menjadi awal terpuruknya daya saing koperasi.

Cara Mendirikan Koperasi

Mekanisme pendirian koperasi terdiri dari beberapa tahap :

1.Pertama adalah pengumpulan anggota, karena untuk menjalankan koperasi   membutuhkan minimal 20 anggota.
2. Kedua, para anggota tersebut akan mengadakan rapat anggota, untuk   melakukan pemilihan pengurus koperasi (ketua, sekretaris, dan bendahara yang selanjutnya disebut sebagai perangkat manajemen koperasi).
3. Setelah itu, koperasi tersebut harus merencanakan anggaran dasar dan   anggaran rumah tangga koperasi.
4. Lalu meminta perizinan dari negara.
5. Barulah bisa menjalankan koperasi dengan baik dan benar.

Tujuan dan manfaat koperasi

Segala sesuatu dibentuk atau didirikan tentu mempunyai tujuan.

Apa tujuan dibentuknya koperasi?

Gerund and Infinitive

Perbedaan Gerund dan Infinitive

1. “infinitive” adalah “verb” dalam bentuk dasar digabung dengan “to”  Pada kalimat “I forgot to buy milk,” “to buy” adalah infinitive.
2. “gerund” adalah “verb” dalam bentuk “present participle” seperti “swimming”, walking, listening, etc” Pada kalimat  “I like swimming” “swimming” adalah “gerund”. Sama sekali tidak berkaitan dgn sedang berenang 

 Both of these forms can act as a noun, but the following example sentences make sense of a sentence can be different.


example 1

1.      Do you like swimming

(Apa kamu suka berenang)

2.      Do you want to swim

(Apa kamu mau berenang)

From the point of sentence grammar rules 1 & 2 the same pattern but different meaning. In sentence 1 "swim" is an activity with no connotation at any given time. Sentence within 2 though morbidly mentioned but there are implications with time if the second sentence plus a certain time we see what changes

 

 

1.      Do you like swimming now

Bisa diartikan apa sekarang kamu sudah senang berenang (mungkin sebelumnya tidak senang)

2.      Do you want to swim now

Apa kamu mau berenang sekarang,

Tafsir kalimat tidak berubah. Now hanya merupakan penegasan.

example 2

1. Nancy stop reading.

(Nancy berhenti membaca)

2. Nancy stop to read.

Nancy berhenti (melakukan sesuatu) karena mau membaca.

 Consider the following examples For a better understanding of these differences.

-Reading occupies a lot of his time

  (Membaca menyita banyak waktunya)

-He uses a lot of his time to read

  (Dia gunakan banyak waktunya membaca)

-It’s time to sleep

 (Waktunya (untuk) tidur)
-This is sleeping time
